Job summary

Dewey Ford, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an F&I Manager to provide financing and insurance options, maintain lender relationships, and deliver exceptional service while aligning with our core values.

You will manage reserve income, F&I product penetrations, and per-vehicle retail averages; forecast monthly results with the sales team and ensure timely paperwork with finance sources. We emphasize integrity, teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage reserve income, F&I product penetrations and per-vehicle retail (PVR) averages.
• Set up monthly forecasting with the sales department and use the forecast to meet monthly objectives.
• Submit all paperwork to finance sources on all deals and finalize all paperwork in a timely manner.
• Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in the transactions.
• Assist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow per Cit guidelines.
