Ourisman Automotive Group in Laurel, MD is seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. You will guide customers through financing and protection options, present terms clearly, and work with banks to secure favorable rates.

You will process paperwork, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, hit sales targets for finance and insurance, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as F&I Manager or in a similar finance role within automotive.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills with ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products and compliance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with customers to discuss financing and insurance options and provide clear information.
• Work with financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms and payment plans.
• Present and explain extended warranties, gap insurance, and service contracts.
• Prepare all paperwork for vehicle sales, financing, and insurance with accuracy.
• Ensure transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations and dealership policies.
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership finance/insurance sales targets.
• Maintain organized records for audits and reviews and collaborate with the sales team.
