Job summary

Bravo Honda in Texas is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to coordinate all financing and insurance transactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the vehicle sale process.

You will collaborate with sales to offer financing options, prepare documentation, review credit submissions, negotiate with lenders, and mentor staff on F&I processes. Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience with finance software and CRMs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an F&I Manager or similar in automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial and insurance regulations and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Proficiency with finance-related software and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Certifications or training in finance or insurance are preferred.

Responsibilities
