Job summary

The F&I Manager will be responsible for managing the financial and insurance aspects of vehicle sales, ensuring that customers receive the best possible financing and protection plans while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance role in automotive.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills with clear financial explanations.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to discuss financing and insurance options with clear information.
• Work with lenders to secure favorable terms, rates, and payment plans.
• Present and explain extended warranties, gap insurance, and service contracts.
• Prepare and process all paperwork for vehicle sales, financing, and insurance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and dealership policies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for finance and insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial and insurance transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the customer experience.
