Job summary

Southern Auto Group is seeking a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to coordinate all activities regarding finance and insurance for customers, helping secure financing, and selling extended service contracts and protection products. The role emphasizes compliance with laws and dealership policies, accurate documentation, and maximizing profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance or related field with at least two years of F&I experience, strong communication and sales

Two years of finance and insurance experience required.
Strong communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
Professional appearance and outgoing personality.
Ability to deliver world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

Offer vehicle financing and insurance, including explanations of aftermarket products and warranties.
Obtain financing through lenders compliant with law.
Prepare state and federal documents for vehicle purchases.
Maintain relationships with lending institutions for rates and programs.
Inform Sales team about finance/lease programs and benefits of the dealership financing.
