AutoNation is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead the financing process for customers during vehicle purchases. You will bridge Sales and Finance, present transparent financing options, and ensure 100% compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and determine financing needs.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport to create referrals and achieve sales goals.
