Job summary

Moss Bros Auto Group in San Bernardino, CA is hiring an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager. The role focuses on maximizing profitability of the finance department, tracking lender portfolios, and ensuring all deals comply with applicable regulations.

You will support the sales team, model professional ethics, and manage the department’s workflow and schedule, in a high-volume automotive environment. Equal opportunity employer; background checks required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Preferred: knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Preferred: ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration.
• Track portfolio with lenders.
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals.
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals.
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule.
