Beaman Toyota in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our award-winning Hudson Automotive Group. This role offers top commission potential, with a salary range of $200,000 to $350,000 per year plus incentive opportunities.

You will structure deals, secure lender approvals, and sell F&I products while maintaining relationships with multiple lending sources. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven ability to structure deals and secure lender approvals.
• Experience selling F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life, accident & health insurance.
• Experience presenting aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources, including manufacturer programs.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments.
• Track record of partnering with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability.

Job Details: Job Location: Beaman Toyota - Nashville, TN 37211, Salary Range: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 Commission/year, Job Shift: Open to Closing, Beaman Toyota, part of the award-winning Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team.
