Job summary

Lightspeed DMS is seeking a Forms Builder to work directly with dealership clients, creating customized forms. This hybrid/remote position focuses on facilitating form coding, testing, and delivery while collaborating with the F&I department. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, strong attention to detail, and customer service experience. Previous form creation experience is preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and may need to work occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience creating forms is desired.
• Ability to work periodic weekends and extended hours as required.
• Experience with powersports, RV or marine dealerships is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, organize, and maintain the forms library.
• Support clients with their forms needs and ensure timely billing.
• Work directly with Lightspeed Technical associates regarding product changes.
