Job summary

Sonic Automotive is seeking an F&I professional to drive finance and insurance product sales at its dealership. The role focuses on increasing revenue from F&I products while maintaining guest satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

You will work with the sales team to present financing options, ensure accurate paperwork, and manage compliance with federal and state laws. This position requires a professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership.
Support the efforts of other associates to be successful (be a teacher).
Seek ways to exceed CSI requirements for both Honda and Sonic Automotive.
Ensure the best relationship possible between the dealership and the guest.
Work with all sales teams on the available products and lead-ins for maximum F&I penetration.
Report to Controller and/or General Manager anything you deem not in compliance with company policy.
Attend sales meetings.
Maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain a professional appearance.
