Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive F&I experience in a franchised dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing programs and lender requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain finance options to customers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation.
• Drive menu selling and product penetration while maintaining CSI targets.
