Sonic Automotive Audi West Houston is seeking a skilled F&I Manager to secure financing for customers while maximizing dealership revenue through finance products, warranties, and add-ons. You will structure deals, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in automotive F&I, a proven track record of exceeding PVR goals, and strong knowledge of finance laws.

Formación

• 3+ years of automotive finance and insurance (F&I) management experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding PVR goals and product penetration benchmarks.
• Strong understanding of finance laws, contracts, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the USA and able to pass background checks, MVR, drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Present financing options and aftermarket products to customers clearly.
• Structure deals for profitability while complying with regulations.
• Sell finance products, warranties, maintenance plans, GAP insurance, and add-ons to increase PVR.
• Secure financing through lender partners and submit credit applications for approvals.
• Maintain high closing ratios and timely funding of deals.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and ensure proper funding.
• Stay updated on manufacturer programs, rebates, and lender guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
