Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a dealership F&I department or selling financial services.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license; successful completion of MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Secure the sale of the vehicle and protect front-end gross while treating customers professionally.
• Learn and adhere to Cavender Auto Family F&I policies and procedures.
• Maintain standards for sale of F&I products and financing per income and penetration targets.
• Establish and maintain relationships with lending sources; submit paperwork to financing sources.
