AutoNation is seeking a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager in Austin to lead the financing process for vehicle purchases. You will work directly with customers and staff to determine financing needs, present transparent pricing options, and ensure compliant handling of all transactions.

You will build relationships, drive targeted sales goals, and provide an exceptional customer experience while leveraging AutoNation’s financing products and services to close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
• Strategic thinking and execution skills for driving results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement.
• Experience in automotive sales or finance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process.
• Present a fully transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
