• Ensures paperwork accuracy before forwarding to accounting.
• Maintains current licenses and completes required education.
• Provides staff with up-to-date information on finance and lease programs.
• Trains sales staff on financing, insurance, and service programs.
• Works with sales managers to achieve departmental goals.
• Monitors guidelines for customer interactions to maximise satisfaction.
• Maintains contracts and paperwork for car deals.
