Glamorous MGM Grand in Las Vegas seeks an F&B Utility Porter to keep equipment and areas spotless, supporting overall kitchen efficiency. Expected duties include deep cleaning, dishwashing, and material transport to various outlets across the property.

The ideal candidate should have basic culinary exposure and English communication skills, with willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Effective English communication, both oral and written.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum six months stewarding or comparable experience; Culinary Training Academy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean ceilings, walls and equipment; deep clean hot holding and cooking devices.
• Wash pots, pans and dishware; manage three-compartment sink operations.
• Maintain detergents, sanitize and store cookware properly.
• Transport equipment between outlets and maintain cleanliness of floors and surfaces.
• Comply with health, safety, and departmental policies; report equipment concerns.
