Job summary

Fergusons Downtown in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a part-time Porter to support a fast-paced hospitality operation. The role emphasizes strong guest service, reliability, and the ability to locate and clean areas quickly.

Responsibilities include surface cleaning and deep cleaning restrooms, maintaining floors and common areas, handling trash, and assisting with deliveries and storage. Must be 21+, English proficient, and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Surface clean and deep clean all restrooms; monitor them regularly.
• Clean all floor types including carpet, tile, and wood using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including removing litter and emptying trash.
• Clean tabletops, chair legs, table bases, mirrors, and windows.
• Scrub walls, trash cans, and baseboards.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop FOH floors as needed.
• Clean up biohazards safely and according to procedures.
• Remove graffiti from all areas of the property.
