Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Supervisor of Food and Beverage to manage day-to-day operations, ensure best-in-class service, and uphold brand standards across venues in a fast-paced casino environment.

This role partners with venue leadership to drive sales and cost control, maintains safety and health compliance, oversees staffing and training, and handles supervision of team members with a focus on development and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of restaurant, customer service or related experience required.
• Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of the minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily F&B operations to ensure best-in-class service and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborates with venue leadership to execute department initiatives that drive sales and control costs.
• Ensures safety, health, and timely food service by tracking training and compliance.
• Plans resources and maintains organized workspace, ensuring safety and security.
• Performs other duties to support department operations.
