Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to ensure guests receive a high-quality dining experience and attentive service across restaurant and room service. You will help train and coach staff, monitor operations and maintain safety standards to build guest loyalty.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork with all departments, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Previous food handling, server or lead server experience required.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Read, write and type with basic technology proficiency.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, coaching, mentoring and scheduling.
• Support restaurant and room service to ensure attentive and efficient service.
• Engage with guests to obtain feedback about their stay and dining experience.
• Resolve guest issues or complaints to their satisfaction using problem solving.
• Monitor food and beverage deliveries for portion control, quality and presentation.
• Ensure food handling and safety guidelines are followed and kitchen logs maintained.
• Monitor cash and key control procedures to uphold standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to achieve hotel goals.
