Job summary

The Embassy Suites Asheville Downtown is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily dining operations, mentor staff, and uphold high service standards. As Parks Hospitality Group's supervisor, you will coordinate shifts, train team members, handle guest requests, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless hospitality.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in food and beverage with supervisory experience preferred; competitive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in food and beverage service.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic POS and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service in all food and beverage areas.
• Assist the management team with staff scheduling, supply orders, and inventory control.
• Ensure team compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Address guest concerns, handle special requests, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to create a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
• Inspect dining and bar areas for cleanliness, organization, and preparedness.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including workstation setup and cleanliness.
• Support special events and group bookings, ensuring successful execution.
