Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is hiring a Breakfast Attendant for the Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown. You’ll help set up and maintain breakfast stations, greet guests, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area to start the day right.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong guest service and communication skills, and the ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience is preferred but not required, and full-time benefits apply.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain food and beverage stations, ensuring items are fresh and well-stocked.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items following recipes and portion guidelines.
• Greet guests, assist with inquiries, and accommodate special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area and equipment.
• Assist guests with breakfast equipment such as coffee makers and waffle irons.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations in line with hotel standards.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Clean and restock the breakfast area at the end of service for the next day.
