Job summary

ASH Hotels in New Orleans seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team across cafe, bar, and coffee program. You will ensure smooth, high-quality shifts, coach servers, bartenders, baristas, hosts, and runners, and deliver attentive service from greeting to checkout.

The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven with leadership presence, capable of guiding the team on floor during busy periods, communicating with kitchen and bar, and making quick, sound decisions to uphold

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant or hotel food and beverage experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems and cash handling; end-of-shift reconciliation experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support servers, bartenders, baristas, hosts, runners, and bussers on shifts.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate menu updates, specials, and service priorities.
• Step into front-of-house roles as needed to maintain service quality during peak times.
• Monitor service flow, table turns, and ticket times; coordinate with kitchen and bar.
