Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Food & Beverage supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, greet and seat guests, and ensure seamless service. You will support staff, monitor standards, and partner with leadership to uphold exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience in F&B, a college degree or equivalent, and work authorization in the United States. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

• 2 years of supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong guest service orientation and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring service standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide training, coaching, and briefs to the team.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of restaurant leadership.
