Job summary

Fort Bend Epicenter in Rosenburg, TX is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee event concessions, coordinate inventory, and lead a Part Time Concessions team. You will work with the Operations Director to ensure safety, quality, and timely service during all events.

The ideal candidate has ServSafe certification, 1–3 years in high-volume F&B, and a proven ability to train staff, maintain cleanliness, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Weekend and evening availability required.
• 1-3 years experience in high-volume Food & Beverage.
• Proven success leading Food & Beverage shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proactive, action-oriented with efficiency focus.

Responsibilities

• Confirm all food and supply inventory before each event
• Restock items while open to prevent running out of products during an event
• Manage the daily operations of the concession stand while open
• Always follow health department rules including safe food handling
• Maintain clean kitchens and proper food storage temperatures
• Assist with food orders to ensure stocking levels
• Supervise Part Time Team Members to ensure proper handling
• Train and develop Part Time Concessions Team Members
• Coach and recognize Team Members
• Ensure signed paperwork is kept updated on all Team Members
• Fill-in and assist Food & Beverage Team Members as needed
• Provide excellent service to all members & guests daily
• Complete other duties as assigned by Operations Director
