Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks an Outlet Assistant in Salt Lake City to support the Outlet Manager across Restaurant and Room Service. You’ll help ensure guest satisfaction, quality service, and regulatory compliance while contributing to financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience using point of sale systems is required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds with/without accommodations.
• Ability to push/pull carts weighing up to 150 pounds with/without accommodations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and busperson adherence to service standards.
• Supervise guest service and respond to guest signals for service.
• Assist manager with sidework duty completion and setup.
• Maintain bank to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards.
• Coordinate daily communication with restaurant manager on events.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and safety policies.
