Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a hospitality setting.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to relay menu items and specials clearly.
• Capable of working as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel restaurant.
• Comfort with operating a POS system and handling payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and explain specials and promotions.
• Record guest orders accurately and repeat to confirm.
• Input orders into the POS system for kitchen preparation.
• Deliver meals to guests and provide condiments as needed.
• Ensure legal alcohol service compliance at all times.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Present dessert items and assist with specialty coffees on request.
• Close out checks and process payments promptly.
• Attend shifts reliably and perform other duties as assigned.
