Caesars Entertainment in Indianapolis area is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee floor operations, supervise staff, and drive efficient service. The role requires coordinating stations, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma (College degree preferred), strong communication, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, plus 3–5 years in a high-volume restaurant

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in written and verbal form.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be certified in an approved alcohol awareness course.
• 3-5 years experience in high-volume buffet or ala carte restaurant environment.
• Ability to obtain/renew all required licenses or certification.

Responsibilities

• Hold pre-shift meetings to plan staffing and service flow.
• Determine station assignments and break schedules for smooth operations.
• Evaluate/document performance, cover call outs, handle guest opportunities and team member issues.
• Requisition and issue products, evaluate equipment and stock levels, ensure areas are in working order.
