Job summary

PENN Entertainment is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Management team and ensure top-notch ACES service across all outlets. This role may be based at the Lawrenceburg Event Center and requires leadership, scheduling, and cost-control duties.

The candidate should have strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus experience in supervision and familiarity with Outlook. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; five years' Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to manage staff, schedules, budgets, and customer service standards.
• Strong communication and problem solving; able to train and supervise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and guide daily operations across Food & Beverage outlets.
• Monitor scheduling, guest satisfaction, and compliance with budgets.
• Deliver superior ACES service and maintain health and safety standards.
• Assist with administrative duties and shift communications.
