PENN Entertainment is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Management team and ensure top-notch ACES service across all outlets. This role may be based at the Lawrenceburg Event Center and requires leadership, scheduling, and cost-control duties.
The candidate should have strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus experience in supervision and familiarity with Outlook. High school diploma or GED is required.

Assist the Food & Beverage Management team in monitoring the performance of all Food and Beverage team members as assigned. Ensure all Food & Beverage outlets are run in an efficient and effective manner. Ensure guests receive the ultimate ACES service experience. A Food and Beverage Supervisor may be assigned to work in any food and beverage outlet.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job may or may not have supervisory responsibilities.
High School Diploma or GED; or two years previous customer service experience; or combination of education and experience. Five years' experience in Food & Beverage preferred, but not required. Previous experience in Food & Beverage desired, but not required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
Should be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Team member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
The Team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
