Job summary

BLUESTAR RESORT & GOLF in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Supervisor of Food & Beverage to coordinate and oversee F&B staff, ensuring peak performance and guest satisfaction. Reports to the Assistant F&B Manager or Restaurant Manager.

The role requires leadership, budget awareness, and compliance with safety and service standards. Evening/weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience supervising a team of managers or another supervisory role required.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol, if applicable.
• Microsoft Office, incl. Excel, knowledge.
• Restaurant database software knowledge is a plus.
