Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Supervisory role in Food & Beverage to coordinate and lead F&B staff, ensuring peak performance and exceptional guest experiences at the Trilogy at Vistancia venue in Peoria, AZ.

The position requires 1–3 years of supervision, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Benefits include health plans, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) participation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years supervising a team or managers.
• Experience in F&B operations preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise F&B employees to maintain peak performance.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers and event teams for guest experiences.
• Assist in hiring and training banquet staff; assist during events.
• Monitor budget, inventories, and expenses to support financial goals.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and safety policies.
