Job summary

Trilogy San Juan Oaks, located near Hollister, California, seeks a Supervisor of Food & Beverage to lead F&B staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold standards. Reports to the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Restaurant Manager.

The role requires high school diploma, 1–3 years supervisory experience, TIPS certification and Food Handlers Card. Full-time position with benefits; pay is $20 per hour. Evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• One to three years’ experience supervising a team of managers or another supervisory role required.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Must meet state and federal minimum age requirements for serving alcohol, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals.
• Ensure a consistent set of superior standards of food service and quality.
• Supervise staff in accordance with policies; train and develop team members.
• Maintain effective communication regarding F&B operations, safety, and employee concerns.
• Attend all F&B functions and support budget planning and monitoring of expenses.
• Conduct monthly inventories and train in Bar Management; oversee mixology.
