Job summary

Trilogy San Juan Oaks in Hollister, CA, is seeking a Concierge to greet members and guests at the front desk, deliver information on the Club and local events, and support daily operations. This role requires strong customer service and teamwork in a 55+ resort-style community.

You will coordinate with the Member Services Manager to assist with administrative tasks, event registration, and lobby maintenance, including evenings and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three years of relative customer service experience.
• Experience in a Homeowner Association environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Club Management System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests in an energetic and friendly fashion, according to Trilogy protocol, via phone or onsite.
• Screen members and guests for building access according to community regulations.
• Provide guests and members with information about the Club, recreation, or local events.
• Maintain daily standard operating procedures for opening.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as mail, emails, data entry, and flyers.
• Support resident services, business center tasks, event registration, and fee collection.
• Maintain front office equipment and lobby inventory.
• Coordinate with maintenance for a clean environment for members and guests.
• Assist Lifestyle & Activities with event flyers, calendars, and ticket sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
