Job summary

Trilogy Sunstone, located in northwest Las Vegas, seeks a Supervisor of Food & Beverage to lead F&B staff and ensure exceptional guest experiences at events and daily operations. The role reports to the F&B Leadership and requires coordinating service standards across banquet and bar teams.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in supervisory roles, hold a valid Food Handlers Card and TIPS, and be proficient with Excel. This is a full-time position with evenings/weekends flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years’ related experience and/or training.
• 1–3 years’ experience supervising a team of managers or another supervisory role.
• Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS Certification.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcohol, if applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf (BSRG) to support company goals.
• Maintain superior standards of food service and quality for guests.
• Interview and hire F&B staff in partnership with management.
• Supervise staff and train team members within the banquet staff.
• Ensure effective communication regarding F&B operations, safety, and concerns.
