Job summary

Round One Entertainment in Temecula, CA is seeking a Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to lead all F&B operations within our bowling center and arcade. You will forecast, plan and manage F&B orders, staff and finances to maximize sales, guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Open availability is required and a High School Diploma or GED is needed. You must be 21 or older due to alcohol service. Benefits include Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental and a 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years food & beverage management experience.
• Experience leading and training staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory and compliance with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible to customers.
• Lead F&B team by training and appraising personnel.
• Forecast, plan and manage F&B orders, staff, and finances to maximize revenue.
• Enforce health, safety, and alcohol service procedures; monitor presentation and quality.
