Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee all F&B operations in our bowling center and arcade environment. The role includes forecasting, planning, staffing, and managing finances to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Open availability is required, especially nights and weekends. The candidate must be 21+ to serve alcohol and hold a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years food & beverage management experience in restaurant/fast food/hospitality.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by being visible and accessible to customers.
• Lead F&B team by training and appraising staff; assign duties on shift.
• Monitor food preparation methods, portions, garnishing and presentation.
• Ensure alcohol service compliance with company policies and age restrictions.
• Manage day-to-day F&B operations within budgeted guidelines; prepare sales/productivity reports.
