Job summary

Hilton Milwaukee City Center is seeking a Morning F&B Supervisor to lead the Cafe and Starbucks operations in downtown Milwaukee. You will supervise staff, ensure guest-centric service, manage quality, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, monitoring inventory, handling POS transactions, and maintaining sanitation and safety. The role requires flexible mornings, weekends, and holidays, with competitive hourly pay and hotel employee

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience in cafe, restaurant, hotel, or food service.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including coffee/espresso.
• Proven ability to train, motivate and lead a guest-focused team.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

As a morning F&B Supervisor, you'll supervise the operations of the Cafe and Starbucks. You will serve as a key leader ensuring smooth, efficient service in both Outlets.

What You Will Be Doing?

• Assist in leading the daily operations of the Cafe and Starbucks outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations.
• Supervise, train and coach Cafe and Starbucks associates
• Monitor food, beverage, and coffee quality to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure outlets are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and equipment standards are consistently met.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and support a positive guest experience.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Support hotel policies, departmental goals, and additional projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For?

• Previous leadership experience in a cafe, coffeehouse, restaurant, hotel, or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including coffee and espresso preparation.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a guest-focused team.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial controls.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
