Hilton Milwaukee in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated morning F&B Supervisor to oversee the Café and Starbucks operations, ensuring smooth service and a superior guest experience. You will lead, train, and coach team members while maintaining brand standards and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in cafe, restaurant, hotel, or food service environment.
• Knowledge of coffee/espresso preparation and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a guest-focused team.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the daily operations of the Café and Starbucks outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations.
• Supervise, train and coach Cafe and Starbucks associates.
• Monitor beverage quality to ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure outlets are stocked with supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and equipment standards are met.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and support a positive guest experience.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Support hotel policies, departmental goals, and additional projects as assigned.

What You Will Be Doing?

• Assist in leading the daily operations of the Café and Starbucks outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations.

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure outlets are stocked with necessary supplies.

• Utilize POS systems for transactions, reporting, and operational tracking.
• Support hotel policies, departmental goals, and additional projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For?

• Previous leadership experience in a café, coffeehouse, restaurant, hotel, or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including coffee and espresso preparation.
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a guest-focused team.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial controls.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
