Job summary

Pursuit seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager for the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. You will supervise dining area and bar staff to ensure outstanding guest service and enhance the dining experience across guests and teams.

You will lead daily operations, coordinate kitchen-front of house collaboration, and report food and beverage data while upholding safety guidelines and guest satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Supervisory and restaurant experience.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, Alaska Food Workers card.
• ServeSafe Manage certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of POS systems and procedures.
• Current CPR, First Aid desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining area and bar staff to ensure excellent guest service.
• Coordinate efficient operations between kitchen and front of house.
• Acknowledge daily menu changes and communicate them to the team.
• Accurately report food and beverage data.
