Job summary

Pursuit is hiring for a Front Desk Assistant Manager at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. This full-time seasonal role starts in January or May 2027, with a starting wage of $24.00/hour.

You’ll help oversee daily front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest service in a welcoming, efficient environment. You’ll work with a team across departments, ensuring safety, sustainability, and guest satisfaction while supporting staff in a courteous, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 3-5 years of front desk operational experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• CPR/First Aid desirable; valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic guest service at the Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge.
• Assist the Front Desk Manager in daily front desk operations.
• Collaborate with staff in an efficient, courteous manner.
