Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring interaction with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members to deliver quality beverages and food.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
• Coach staff on standard recipes and customer customization.
• Ensure cash handling, store safety and policy compliance.
• Support scheduling and daily store operations.
