Job summary

The position requires ensuring compliance with tribal, federal, and gaming regulations, managing schedules, training, and cash handling when needed. Strong communication in English is essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a current TABC (seller/server) Certification.
• One year experience in both restaurant and beverage operations preferred.
• Experience in cash handling preferred.
• Gaming industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish or other language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shift to maintain guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
• Supervise front line restaurant team members and delegate duties.
• Assist in performance reviews, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure cleanliness of outlets and service stations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and gaming regulations.
• Handle cash processes and balance sheets as required.
