Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel in Texas is seeking an experienced F&B Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant shifts, supervise front-line team members and ensure a welcoming guest dining and beverage experience.

You will ensure compliance with tribal and gaming regulations, manage schedules, assist with training, cash handling, and quality service while maintaining a positive attitude and supporting the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a current TABC (seller/server) Certification.
• One (1) year experience in both restaurant and beverage operations, preferred.
• Experience in cash handling, preferred.
• Gaming industry experience, preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and oral. Spanish or other language skills a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the shift during duty to create a pleasant dining and beverage experience and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and delegate responsibilities of front-line team members.
• Assist in annual performance reviews, scheduling and administrative tasks as directed.
• Maintain inventory and assist with timecard accuracy and routine audits.
• Ensure rooms and venues are properly stocked and cleaned; monitor health and sanitation standards.
• Support training and development of front-of-house staff and cover shifts as needed.
• Escalate and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
