Bally's in Evansville, IN, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead all Food & Beverage team members during shifts and ensure top guest service in a busy casino environment.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, monitor inventory, and enforce health/safety regulations while maintaining the highest standards of service and appearance. Must be flexible with hours, including holidays and weekends.

Qualificações

• Experience in Food and Beverage operations preferred.
• Ability to manage shift teams and scheduling.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all Food and Beverage shift Team Members.
• Monitor inventory levels and scheduling of Team Members.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control of operational outlet functions during shift.
• Maintain professional restaurant/bar image, including cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise bar and restaurant/bar Team Members with the Manager.
