Qualifications

• Food & Beverage leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills for guest experiences.
• Excellent communication to lead, coach and support team members.
• Ability to handle guest concerns, employee issues and stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Food & Beverage team during shifts with coaching and feedback.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and encourage repeat business.
• Address employee questions, concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive team environment.
• Perform shift duties including cash handling, side work checks, server report closeouts, and daily tasks.
• Manage calls, emails, and department communications professionally.
• Participate in F&B meetings and collaborate on department goals and improvements.
• Support events, promotions, racing, concerts, reservations and special activities.
• Build relationships with internal departments, vendors, and partners.
