Job summary

Accor's Novotel Miami Brickell is seeking an experienced F&B supervisor/manager to lead and support the food and beverage team. You will oversee shifts, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold high standards of service across outlets including dining rooms, bars, and IRD.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, cost control, and collaboration with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B supervision and staff development.
• Strong leadership and guest-service mindset.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned F&B shift and assist in overall management.
• Supervise staff, check punctuality and grooming.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Coordinate with culinary and front-of-house teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain outlets' cleanliness and set-up; ensure FIFO in liquor room.
• Assist with scheduling, forecasting, inventories, and payroll.
• Lead by example and perform disciplinary actions when required.
