Argosy Casino Hotel & Spa Riverside is seeking a candidate for a supervisory role in their Food & Beverage department. The position involves providing guidance and support to staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, and assisting in cost control practices.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in Food & Beverage. Must be at least 21 years old and will need to complete TiPS training. Flexible availability for all shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Five years’ experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• Must have knowledge of kitchen/restaurant sanitation.
• Must successfully complete TiPS training.
• Employee must qualify for licenses and permits.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to departmental staff.
• Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
• Assist in maintaining cost control methods.
• Respond to guest needs and assist Manager with duties.
• Assist in training and cross-training of team members.
