Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Riverside venue. The role emphasizes leadership, inventory management, and strict adherence to safety and health standards.

Qualifications include 1+ year in F&B leadership, ServSafe/TIPS/Allergen certifications, and strong communication. Part-time, seasonal with perks and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+.
• Requires at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Requires at least 1 year of food & beverage experience.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency in computer software programs and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: ServSafe, TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol, and Allergen Certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Lead a team, manage inventory, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Train, coach, and performance-manage F&B team members.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of staff.
• Provide direction to ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with local health guidelines and cleanliness standards.
• Utilize company software for ordering, inventory management, timekeeping, and logs.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists; monitor operations for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
