Job summary

The Las Olas Company / Riverside Hotel's Boathouse venue seeks an F&B Shift Leader to supervise beverage operations and assist in delivering exceptional service. Under Boathouse leadership, you will supervise beverage personnel, coordinate presentation and service of food and drinks, and mentor team members to uphold luxury standards.

You will open and close the restaurant with leadership presence, handle shift reports, manage beverage inventory and weekly orders, and resolve guest questions or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in food and beverage, and/or hospitality related work experience required; luxury hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs beverage personnel to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinates presentation and service of food and beverages to maintain highest quality.
• Assists in training all new and current employees.
• Assists in opening and/or closing of the restaurant in the absence of leadership.
• Maintains a presence on the floor and completes opening/closing shift duties.
• Resolves guest questions or complaints promptly.
• Assists with beverage inventory and weekly orders.
• Ensures team member paperwork is completed properly.
