Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in food & beverage or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assists Outlet Manager in directing and supervising outlets personnel.
• Oversees FOH preparation, presentation, and service to ensure quality.
• Trains new and current employees.
• Monitors customer satisfaction through feedback systems.
• Greet guests and ensure staff follow service steps.
• Conducts daily lineups and checks time/attendance.
• Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of front, back, and outdoor areas.
